1 quart orange juice ½ quart Grapefruit juice 1 quart Chianti Burgundy Wine 1 cup Sugar Equal(tm) 1 tbsp Cinnamon 1 cup lemon juice 12 oz 7-Up or Sprite 1 tbsp Nutmeg 8 ea Cinnamon sticks 1 quart water
Method :
Squeeze the juice from the citrus and save the pulp to add in Sangria. Bring water to boil and add sugar to it. When all the sugar crystals melt add fruit juice and remove from heat. Let it cool, when it attains room, temperature add citrus pulp, wine and spices and blend. Cool the Sangria and serve it with pieces of fruits in it.
